
Our community is dedicated to helping individuals connect their mind, body, and soul by pushing boundaries.
The 5 Miles High Club is a program for members committed to improving their mental and physical health. Participants follow the Couch to 5K, or None to Run training program and meet every Saturday for twelve weeks prior to the 5K to run, walk and motivate each other. Each member receives a complimentary journal to track their daily accomplishments and share personal milestones with the group.
Our goal is to encourage our members to get moving, achieve their health goals, and reach new heights in their personal lives.
This service is complimentary, the only charge is the entrance fee to the 5K. Don't walk, RUN to join the 5 Mile Hye Club.
